The Clamping Plate for Standard Pipe Flanges is designed for precise positioning and secure clamping of ANSI / ASME B16.5 pipe flanges in welding and fabrication setups. This plate supports 400–600 lbs flange classes for pipe sizes ranging from 1/2" to 6", making it ideal for pipe welding, assembly, and alignment applications.
The clamping plate can be securely mounted to Siegmund elements such as clamping squares using clamping bolts. Pipe flanges can then be quickly positioned and fixed using the supplied fixing bolts, enabling fast and repeatable setups during fabrication.
