Welding Positioner/Rotary Positioners

The system will include a positioner and tailstock. We designed some billet adjustable adapter plates that will connect these two with a welding table riser. This will act as our offset work surface for mounting fixtures.

Rotary Positioners

Our welding tables are used for test welding operations. Using a custom adapter plate, the table top is mounted to a manipulator. Thanks to its precision-machined surface, it provides an accurate working platform—even when positioned at an angle.

Mount your Welding Tabletop to our Rotary Positioner for plane rotation of your work surface. The low backlash gear drive allows for smooth operation, stability, and controlled turning and positioning.

The worm gears combined with center of gravity positioning minimizes the effort required for rotation while preventing free rotation of the table from gravity. A faceplate with 15° increments provides positive manual locking. The DCT Rotary Positioner allows you to rotate your weld fixture to the best ergonomic position for worker safety, comfort, and reduced operator fatigue.

The Rotary Positioner is universal, with an adjustable base to accommodate Welding Tabletops. The Positioner features four swiveling, locking casters, and four leveling feet for setup at dedicated or alternating locations in the shop.
